What does the PSI in PSI eCollege mean?
PSI is the Greek letter psi (pronounced sigh). The letter PSI is the Greek symbol for psychology.
My certificate didn't print. Do I have to take the test again?
No. When you passed the course, your certificate's information was already sent
into the database. You can print your certificates anytime after you login
and click "Print Certificates" on the left sidebar.
What does CEU's or CEH's mean?
CEU stands for Continuing Education Units. CEH means Continuing Education Hours. Either way, the number of hours or units are credits earned towards your required training hours as an employee.
I passed the test for a course with a score of 90%. I'd like to see what I got wrong.
Once you have passed a test and printed your certificate, click on the "Review" button to see what you answered incorrectly and what the correct answer is.
