PSI eCollege courses are approved by The National Association of Social Workers and National Board of Certified Counselors.
How to Enroll is a PSI eCollege Course
Step 1
Select "Course Catalog" from the left navigation menu. Select a course title from the menu to review the course description, credit hours, and course fees.
Step 2
Click "New Registration" in the left navigation menu to begin the enrollment and payment process. The PSI eCollege Learner Agreement and Policies screen will appear. Review the agreement. Scroll to the bottom of the screen to ACCEPT or DECLINE. You must click ACCEPT to enroll in any PSI eCollege course.
Step 3
Once you have accepted the agreement, the New Account screen will appear. Create your account and click SUBMIT. The log-in screen will appear and you will receive an email verifying your account with PSI eCollege.
Step 4
Enter your log-in name and password and click Login to access the list of courses for purchase. Click on "Course Catalog and Enrollment" in the left navigation menu. Select a course from the menu. Click on "Click Here to Enroll in this Course",
Step 5
Once PSI eCollege has been notified that your credit card charge is authorized, you will be redirected to the PSI eCollege to enter the course key code. You will also receive an email containing a key code for each course you have paid for and may begin the course(s) in which you have enrolled immediately.
Step 6
Each course has a "Course Screen". Click on the "Content" button to take the course. Your computer will automatically detect if you have the Flash Player installed on your system. Each PSI eCollege course is interactive and, depending on the speed of your internet connection, will take a few minutes to load on your monitor. You will see a blue bar moving from left to right and a changing percentage to let you know ow far you are in the process.
Step 7
Click on the "NEXT" button at the bottom right corner of the screen to view the course. Click on the "BACK" button in the left corner of the screen to view previous screens. You may close the course at any time by clicking on the "X" in the upper right corner of the screen. This will return you to the "Course Screen". The final screen at the end of the course repeats the directions to close the course.
Step 8
At the "Couse Screen" select "Take the Test". You may return and take the test at any time. Of course, it is best to take the test immediatly following the course. You will know the results of the test after answering each question. If you fail the test, click on "Reset" to try again. Once you have passed the course, you will have the option to print your certificate.
Step 9
